Swisscom, unlike Montblanc, doesn't have clients in India, so I guess they won't need to apologise or pay a fine. Besides, Montblanc used Gandhi as part of a product, which is going a step further.
Well, though I don't understand the point of the advertising at all, you do have to wonder what Gandhi would have done with a Blackberry...

Sorry to disagree with you Vishal, but I think it's all about the Blackberry and very little to do with Gandhi or goodness at all. Though in a better world, it would be.
